You agree not to engage with the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized reason. Banned actions include, but are not limited to:

- Exposing your account login.
Failure to comply with this policy may cause immediate account closure without refunds.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
NigmaTv acts as a service provider and does not host, store, or create content. We offer access to streams that are publicly available online. It is the User's responsibility to confirm that they are adhering to copyright laws in their specific jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is rendered 'as is' and without any warranties. We cannot guarantee full uptime or the availability of all channels at all times. NigmaTv shall not be held accountable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from utilizing or being unable to access the Service.
11. Termination
We maintain the authority to deactivate or suspend your account at any moment, without prior notice, for behavior that breaches these Terms & Conditions or is detrimental to our Service or other users.
