Upload M3U File
Access the bouquet section and either upload your NigmaTv M3U playlist file or type in the M3U URL.

Installation FAQ

Absolutely. For MAG boxes or STB Emulator, use the Portal URL from your NigmaTv welcome email. Navigate to Portal/Server settings, paste the URL, save it, and reload portal to add channels. Keep your device MAC confidential. Check MAG Box Setup.
Recheck the Server URL, Username, and Password included in your welcome email. Clear out extra spaces and confirm the correct use of capitalization. If challenges persist, contact support.
Troubleshooting

Login failed (401 / 403)
Re-enter the Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as they appear in your welcome email. Watch for trailing spaces from copy/paste and check capitalisation. If it still fails, contact support.
Channels or EPG out of date
Use the "reload playlist" / "refresh EPG" option in your app's settings. If nothing changes, remove the playlist and add your M3U and EPG URLs again.
Buffering or freezing
Raise the player buffer to 10–15 seconds, switch to Ethernet or 5GHz Wi‑Fi, and stop other downloads. See Network & Streaming Optimization.
Black screen on one channel
A single stream may be temporarily down. Try another channel first — if several fail, restart the app and your device, then report the channel name to support.
No activation email
Check your spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Contact support with the email address used at checkout and we'll resend it.
MAG / STB portal not loading
Confirm the portal URL includes http://, save the settings, then reboot the box so it reloads the portal. See MAG Box Setup.
